After your Early Access request is approved, you will receive an onboarding invitation with instructions to authorize Notice123 through Amazon's secure OAuth flow. You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to grant Notice123 access to your inventory and order data with the minimal required permissions. You can revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central.
Notice123 accesses only the data necessary for inventory and order management through the Amazon Selling Partner API. This includes FBA inventory levels, SKU quantities, order status changes, and buyer cancellation requests. We do not access buyer PII, financial information, or any data beyond what is needed to provide our service.
You can revoke Notice123's access at any time by navigating to "Manage Your Apps" in Amazon Seller Central and removing the authorization. Upon revocation, we will immediately cease accessing your Amazon data and will delete all associated data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you cancel your subscription, we revoke your SP-API authorization, cease accessing your Amazon data, and delete all associated data within 30 days. Your contact and onboarding data (email, name, company) is also deleted within 30 days of subscription termination. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion.
Notice123 supports all Amazon marketplaces where you have an active seller account, including North America (US, CA, MX), Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL), and Asia-Pacific (JP, AU, SG, IN) regions. Marketplace availability depends on your Amazon seller account's authorized regions, not on your Notice123 subscription plan.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. We enforce MFA, role-based access control, and quarterly access reviews. We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests. See our Privacy Policy for full security details.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to security@yzccn.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a detailed response within 72 hours. Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had an opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
