After creating a Notice123 account, you will be guided through Amazon's secure OAuth authorization flow. You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to grant Notice123 access to your inventory and order data with the minimal required permissions. You can revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central.
Notice123 accesses only the data necessary for inventory and order management through the Amazon Selling Partner API. This includes FBA inventory levels, SKU quantities, order status changes, and buyer cancellation requests. We do not access buyer PII, financial information, or any data beyond what is needed to provide our service.
You can revoke Notice123's access at any time by navigating to "Manage Your Apps" in Amazon Seller Central and removing the authorization. Upon revocation, we will immediately cease accessing your Amazon data and will delete all associated data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you cancel your subscription, we revoke your SP-API authorization, cease accessing your Amazon data, and delete all associated data within 30 days. Your Notice123 account data (email, name, company) is also deleted within 30 days of account termination. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion.
Notice123 supports Amazon marketplaces based on your subscription plan. The Starter plan includes 1 marketplace, the Pro plan includes 3 marketplaces, and the Business plan includes all Amazon marketplaces. Available marketplaces include North America (US, CA, MX), Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, SE, PL), and Asia-Pacific (JP, AU, SG, IN) regions.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. We enforce MFA, role-based access control, and quarterly access reviews. We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests. See our Privacy Policy for full security details.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to security@yzccn.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a detailed response within 72 hours. Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had an opportunity to investigate and remediate it.
