Built for the narrow set of
operations sellers check every day

The application focuses on inventory and order event management for the Amazon account explicitly authorized by each selling partner.

Amazon Inventory Quantity Management

View and manage inventory quantity information needed for Amazon seller operations and inventory workflow decisions. Retrieved exclusively through the Amazon Selling Partner API.

Inventory Risk Alerts

Alert authorized seller users when inventory reaches seller-defined risk levels or requires operational attention. Receive alerts via in-app notifications and email before stockouts impact sales.

Order Status Change Notifications

Notify seller operations teams about Amazon order event changes relevant to inventory and fulfillment planning. Sent only to the authorized seller's internal users, not to buyers.

Buyer Cancellation Request Alerts

Route buyer cancellation request alerts to the authorized seller's internal users for operational handling. Detect and respond to cancellation requests promptly to protect your Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate.

Inventory Workflows Triggered by Order Events

Use Amazon order events to update inventory workflow states for the same authorized seller account. Help teams respond faster without manual status checks.

Inventory & Alert History

Review past inventory alerts, order event notifications, and cancellation request records for the authorized seller account. Filter by SKU, date range, or alert type for operational follow-up and internal team coordination.

Authorize once. Monitor events.
Keep inventory work moving.

Connect your Amazon store, configure your alert preferences, and start receiving real-time notifications. No complex setup required.

1

Seller Authorization

Each selling partner explicitly authorizes the application for their own Amazon account through Amazon's secure OAuth flow. Data is accessed exclusively through the Selling Partner API with minimal required permissions.

2

Minimum Necessary Processing

The application processes only Amazon Information required for inventory and order operations. Configure inventory thresholds, choose order events to track, and select notification channels.

3

Internal Seller Notifications

Operational notifications are sent only to the authorized seller's internal users, not to buyers. Receive instant alerts on inventory risks, order status changes, and cancellation requests.

4

Inventory Workflow Updates

Relevant order events can trigger seller-defined inventory workflow actions and alerts. Monitor everything from one dashboard without manual status checks.
